You don't have to throw it right under you whilst jumping, you have to throw it on the right, then you jump at the left just to get a little push and less damage from the grenade in order to do it simply

I'm so thankful to Santiago because he provided a virtual world for both of us to do this again in an easier way, and he literally did an easier one than mine, so you can say the above video entire credit goes to him

Firstly when I discovered it is possible, I did it twice without failing.
Then I failed a lot while trying to do it again after that to be honest, but after I and Santiago worked on it in a virtual world for a bit, we totally got it and we fully knew how to do it correctly. Hence we used to do it repeatedly with 0 failure attempts
