Negative on this suggestion, as it doesn't seem needed in my opinion. Others have clearly stated that not many people know about it anyway, plus don't even bring the realism card into this, if you're going to judge something based on how realistic it is, then let's also judge the ability of a mechanic to fix a vehicle in a split of a second...while its moving...and under heavy fire...also how 5 people can stand on the roof of a moving vehicle, etc.

This game is not realistic, and there is no need to use realism as an argument.

As others have mentioned, we don't really believe that's needed. It has never been an issue and not many players are aware of this. You can do the same to any other player. You need to be careful where you park your vehicle and so on. That's part of being a great criminal. It might not be really realistic, however in real life LEOs would just disable the car somehow, shoot the tires before you even get in etc, something you cannot do in GTA:SA.
