Factions uphold far higher standards for their staff than groups. Yours might not abuse it, but other groups (we all know which ones) have staff members with a history of rule violations.

Groups shouldn’t have it unless they’re supervised and approved.
Any example of how they will abuse it? It will be a virtual world and I don't think so that any of our actions done in virtual world will effect the original gameplay and if it will then why not allow them to use a selected area?

What if let's say, there's a 2 virtual worlds, 1 for official groups and 1 for the factions, isn't it enough yet? if it is it then +1

-1, for some reasons.

Positives for this:
  • Less of a hassle for testers & recruits taking the test
Negatives for this:
  • Implementation-wise it is fairly risky. While certainly not impossible at all, it's something "obscure" in comparison with other big features of our server, so the likelihood of getting bugs through it is high compared to other tasks.
  • Factions (SWAT/ARMY) could take advantage of their bases (in Las Venturas/Desert respectively) and conduct recruit training there. Since areas other than LS are rarely visited by other than the occasional player trying to earn some easy score/money, there shouldn't be as many interruptions Furthermore, and this is an opinion, the tests could be adapted. For example, reformat SOC into an area+timed event. Can develop on this to the leaders/etc that are interested, but that's the basic gist. Take advantage of your faction's "lore" - ARMY can use the Desert base and runway and facilities to give it this sort of "bootcamp" feel. SWAT can take advantage of LV streets and base to give it a sort of "fake training town" to it. Basically, switch it up from the same old that has happened for so long.
  • From a testing standpoint, you'd wanna test under somewhat "real" circumstances. Having a completely separate VW, with every car neatly parked, nothing out of place, wouldn't really demonstrate a trainee's ability - there needs to be some "pressure" involved

The reason why factions have a harder time testing applicants is because factions require the applicant to be in cop skin whilst giving the test. If we do a side by side comparison, SWAT has 4 parts in the test and Army has 5. SWAT (rules, driving, speed of commands, shooting). Army(rules, driving, flying, shooting, speed of commands). When we pick the applicant up for the test, he is in cop skin, now as we know cophunt is allowed, and in this server people prefer to hunt cops rather than robbing shops, so everyone basically /loc's all cops present in the server and tries to kill the cops. Your applicant is a cop too, so they will attack your applicant to. Let me explain why groups don't face this problem,
Groups are 90+% criminal based, so your applicant is also in a civilian skin. Cops do not hunt civilians, neither do criminals hunt civilians. When you are doing rules, your applicant is a civilian, no one will hunt him. When you are doing driving, he is still a civilian and no one will hunt him. The only problem is shooting when he has to get wanted. Shooting has 2 parts, sawnoff and M4, sawnoff can be done inside fight club without any problem. So actually the only problem is M4.
But for the factions, the whole test is a problem, while doing rules, he's a cop, can be hunted. The most frustrating, when you are doing driving part and some cophunters shoot your applicant, in SOC sometimes they will come and kill him. Both, factions and groups have the same situation in shooting, no problem there. That is why if it were to be implemented, factions should be the main priority and not groups.
I also remember even we are testing for official groups, the swat neither army disturbing it also, btw i think all are just same, if it is gona be accepted , I hope it will be fine and fair for all.

I think a lot of people are missing the point of why it wasn't suggested for official groups.

The majority of groups are criminal based, but you're not wanted throughout the test, literally only on m4 and dueling.

Most groups have their own fight club so dueling is safe. What you guys are suggesting is a whole virtual world just so you can do an m4 test? Think thoroughly about tests.

Swat and army require you to be in cop skin, so you're vulnerable all the time.

There is alot of newbies, Who dont want to listen before engaging the suspect. I myself tested it today. I was lately on test and some newbies decided to ruin our test. We tried to tell him but they doesnt want to listen. We badly need this.
+1 for this...

Those duel arenas can only be accessed by group members, not applicants, and most testers aren't authorised to give players temporary rights.

Fightclub can and should be used for duels, it's can't be accessed by LEOs so it shouldn't cause any interruptions in dueling.
I do like this suggestion, +1.

But for groups part it's really not needed, it can easily be avoided.

Virtual world is not at all needed instead let the factions have a dueling arena where only members can access and non members must be granted permission inorder to access the arenas just like we have in groups soc test problem will be solved.

Well explained, plus who got appointed for TOs in a faction is well trained by high command.

Stop comparing group with faction lol
