LEOS in NO WAY have advantage over criminals. LEOS can only taze, cuff and ar. Taze, cuff and drag in S.W.A.T.s' case. You guys have shocks, cop bats, taze reflectors, they are supposed to help you GET AWAY EASILY from the LEOS. Cophunting isn't everything in LSRCR.

Give me the access of SSB and a week time to practice it and then you be a criminal with a BM packet and I will see how you can "Easily" escape.

Cophunters expect everything to be changed to what's suitable for them.

So does Leo's. They want everything to be in their favor.

Constantly heliblading is a pain in the ass, I'm pretty sure you haven't experienced it since you guys don't even bother coming out of your base. Kudos to Carl_Carl for stepping out of the base and trying to use a helicopter but the issue is targeting a specific player. The rule clearly states that you may not target a specific player, doing it to everyone else ONCE is fine.

You seem to be a new born baby here who doesn't know we used to cop hunt outside when the cop hunt interior wasn't even made. The interior was made for cop hunting purpose and it's purpose will be served no matter how annoying it becomes for you.

The rule exists for a reason, no one had a problem with it until Carl got reported for it even though Nikola and I both told him several times that plane terrorizing counts as bitching if done more than once. It's his fault not ours. Completely removing/changing a rule because of a mistake one of your men made isn't the way to deal with the issue at hand.

The rule existed for a reason but that reason seems to be very lame when a situation like this occurred and I had to compare things. Why a Leo should get away with it and not a criminal?Just because it is a Cnr server? Who the fuck really cares if it is a Cnr server or not these days? If it really matters than cop hunting shouldn't be allowed in the first place but since it has then it should not have such stupid restrictions which is not fair for one party but fair for the other.

I totally agree with you. I just wonder why can't they figure it out and if they already know it then I don't know why are they ignoring it.

Almost every argument against Leo class is ridiculous for you.
By not changing or removing this rule even after a very sensible justification shows that how one can use his powers to do whatever he thinks is right. He doesn't care for other's opinion.
If you think that it is not right doesn't mean that everyone thinks the same or majority of the server thinks the same.
Stop using your authority/power and start using your brain.

Which majority? Only supporters for this are cophunters, and the reason they are supporting it is so they could constantly helibade and because they asslick you. Carl is the same, he started heliblading me once you and I had a dispute, you're setting a horrible example to these impressionable kids, but that aside, in no way should annoyance and persistent abuse of individuals be allowed on this server, that is why there is a rule for this, and that is why the rule for this should stay.

This wasn't an issue until Carl got reported, nobody said a word about it. Negative on this suggestion.

How are we supposed to know that you won't target a specific person when he is playing with a team? You probably will, this is extremely abusable.

The suggestion itself is absurd. I bet when the SWAT team is online there would be 5 separate criminals with helicopters trying to heliblade the SWAT team all the time. How would they enjoy the gameplay? You clearly want to destroy the atmosphere around the server.

IMO if a cop chases a specific suspect all the time (after respawn) it’s also bitching

No, it isn't. Unless the cop doesn't go for the arrest / kill and simply annoys the player. Playing your class isn't bitching.

Allowing cophunting was never a TDM thing. Sure, it was a shift in that direction, but we never gave up on the CnR aspect of the server and have been working on that. We added the anti DM for other reasons.

@Luka if cops have this privilege, why shouldn't criminals have it as well? Do you want equality/balance or not? This is not real life so don't say any like 'criminals in real life don't chase cops and aren't equal at all' please. Press tab, count wanteds and count Leos, nothing more to say.

This is not equality or balance. Whoever refers to this as balance, clearly does not have any clue what balance is. We are NOT going to allow this again and I already stated my reasons for it.

Nope. Will never happen. You were probably banned or inactive at the time when we added the rule, because if so you would NOT have agreed on this. Even criminals back then who saw this would NOT have agreed to it. The SWAT class was literally unplayable and they were being targeted 24/7 while everyone else was left alone.

You don't get to say anything about my activity because you have no remote clue. You weren't active at the time of adding the rule, and you say this? The ironic part is you are completely wrong. I am way more active than you believe.

Why are you talking about the cophunting role? Who said we were adding that back? No one. We have statistics for things such as robbing by the way, which would give a much better picture than what you can see in-game. Robberies are still active. Sure, there are a lot of cop hunters, but you guys are essentially suggesting one should be able to constantly hunt SWAT. It's kind of funny that you guys cannot see that this doesn't work. It didn't work back then and it won't work now. There will be times where multiple players constantly target SWAT. That wouldn't be healthy for either TDM or CNR, but we are focusing on the CNR aspect.

Again, bullshit. Yes, there is a part of the player base who prefers to simply cop hunt and such, but this is not the case for the entire player population and that is NOT our focus. This is NOT hard to understand.

I've already explained why this rule was added in the past and everyone chose to ignore it. No one brought anything new to the topic after my reply and therefore this will be closed.

As I said, in the past, prior to adding this rule, there were times where admins would have to join the game because players literally couldn't play as SWAT. You would have 4+ players at times constantly trying to heliblade them every death. This CANNOT happen to criminals, because they are not wanted when they spawn. There is a conspicuous MAJOR difference which you are choosing to ignore.

Suggestion rejected. For the future guys, please note the suggestion rules. I left this open because of the replies but it also violates the section rules.

* That cannot be abused
* That is possible to add
* That doesn't give any unfair advantage to certain player

This violates the first one. It can be abused by constantly rendering a class unplayable, which is why we added this rule in the first place, as I stated earlier.

Also, here's a warning for this. I explained that we did not have this rule in the past and that we specifically had to implement it because there was so much issues with people constantly heliblading SWAT, to the point where you couldn't even play the class normally.

You tell me to use my brain and stop using power/authority? You have no literal reason for this. I explained several reasons as to why it should be there but I also explained why it was crucial, why we had to put it there originally. You're using toxic language for no apparent reason and I will not tolerate this in development sub-forums. These sub forums are here to help the server. To me this seems like you are simply trying to advance your own interests, but even not, language such as this is harmful to these sub-forums.
