I actually read this entire thing, and I must say, I appreciate the way you worded it. That said, I'd like to put in my take on it.
First, you mentioned that many people, Americans especially, see you as terrorist. Sadly, I have to say you are right on this. While I am Pagan, I have a close friend at work who is Muslim. His father was from Pakistan, and his mother was American soldier. They met in the first gulf war, and moved here to have him. I have sadly seen so much unjust hate focused on him, and he's one of the nicest men I have ever met. I watched this man hold a dying woman's hand and helped her pray to the christian god, because she needed a fellow human in her final moments. When I became his boss, I will admit I did not know how he would handle the news. He was still new back then, and we didn't know him well. When I asked what his opinion on it was, his basic thought was that while he does not agree with me being lesbian, it's not his place to judge me either. As far as his boss being a woman, he told me what I had in my pants did not dictate my ability to lead. I worked hard for my position, and he respected me for being understanding and not judging him. His family and Muslim friends all share that same basic belief. The main issue is that Americans are fucking idiots. They see "Muslim pilot" and judge all Muslims. Most do not understand the difference between a Muslim, and an extremist who fakes being a Muslim to justify their fucked up ideas.

2: Share your breath, by exhaling into their mouth each time you breath.
3: Pray that they return to life.
Sound familiar? It should, because it's basically the origins of CPR. The same thing doctors now do hundreds of times a day to bring back people in cardiac arrest is what we did thousands of years ago. The difference is modern medicine understands it. When we did it, it was seen as black magic, necromancy. Today, it's something everyone should know.
Now, let's look a tiny piece of Quran science...
Well, does this fit the bill? This, is the Vela Pulsar. As of right now, it's not visible to us without a telescope. However, during the time the Quran was visible, Vela would have been visible in the night sky. Not only that, the bright flashing would actually be very visible to anyone looking up, a distinct blinking in the sky unlike any other star. It's easy to see how you would have to write "knocking star" because no one at the time knew about pulsars.
I think most people forget that. Most religious text are OLD. Like, really FUCKING old. People didn't know half of what we do now. I think if you read any of them, and actually try to compare it to what we know now, most of it CAN be explained with logical explanations. Even my own religion, which is mostly 'magic' is now just science. Fireproof fabric? Asbestos. A powder that cures your headache? Willow bark, the main ingredient in fucking Asprin. Shared life? CPR. So does that mean God, or Allah, can be explained? Well, that's touchy. Personally, I am not opposed to the idea that Allah, God, or whatever might not truly be a 'holy deity' but more likely an alien being from space who found a bunch of primitive idiots. I mean how do you explain the modern airplane to something like a dog? First, you'd have to figure out their language. Then, knowing they have never seen even a fraction of what you have, you have to make metaphors and similes to do your best to get them to understand, while knowing full well it'll take them thousands of years to grasp even a bit of it. Now do not take that as me trashing Muslims, it's nothing but a theory on a personal level.
