Why cafe players is cheating/ban evade/annoying people ?

There's no doubt that they are really annoying and i'm not supporting them, But i'm just trying to explain to you all why they acting like that.

First most of them is under 15 years old so also they are Egyptians and don't know how to contact with others so when you refuse what they want, They see you like an enemy and will start targeting you for example arresting you or keep searching you and we have see many examples of this in report section, Also from what i see every player in my cafe didn't read the rules for this they has been banned and decided to evade as they don't know the rules even if this arabic they don't know arabic or you can say they are lazy to read it, Many players asked me to do Blackouts test for them at the time Blackouts was giving a arabic test, What i mean that they don't know how to play and make a friends all they want is rights and keep killing.


After all that we can't use Range ban to put an end for them, Because the problem not in the cafe but in the players themselves, Okaman and me have talked many times with the cafe owner about this problem and their was hack and he removed it and stopped many players to play their because they are keep banning themselves to don't let others play, So the problem with not ever in the cafe and the example was Mr.dollarman when he got banned he wasn't cafe player but look what he was doing annoying others and keep using hacks.

All this from what i have seen in my cafe, I was one of them and i know how they thinking and everyone played in cafe before know this good.

I think if we give them last chance to stop evading or annoying others i think they will stop it as they already annoying you guys as they are banned look at hero_dark at discord.

Let's face it, current staff have failed.

How many good players who had/have the tag, supporter, and so on, have been nailed against the fucking wall and humiliated because of ban evading little brats, report hunters, and hackers who report them trying to cover up their crimes?

How many good players have completely given up on LS-RCR because of this garbage? Don't tell me the issue is "oh FiveM" because it's not, not to this degree.

How many times have staff banned cafe users? Gwyneth? Hero_dark? Omarflx100? [E]pisode? Highnasty? And how many times have these pricks evaded the ban to hack and start shit, or report hunt good players purely out of revenge?

How many times have staff sat on their fucking asses saying they can't do shit? "It's a cafe, I don't know the main." or "We need to make a team decision"?

Let me explain something to everyone here... I think it's time to come clean with you all...

I have been doing this since 2006. I am not going to go into my credentials here, but I know more than players or staff would like me to know. I know exactly how the staff works, and more importantly, how it's failing it's playerbase. And sure, JohnCarer, Immortal, and so on can all hate me for speaking out, but remember, I come from a place with free speech and the right to an opinion. I am not hating on staff, I am not insulting them, but I do personally feel as if staff has failed. Failure to issue appropriate range banning according to original layout procedures. Failure to adhere by official SA-MP TOS regarding personal information (You blatantly let players give out their info, and most are underage. Not only is that a SA-MP TOS violation, it violates the US COPPA laws as well). I've noticed server-side RCON log in is also blocked, because you cannot say "RCON" in the chat. Failure to review evidence properly. Failure to allow reasonable defenses, failure to acquit based on reasonable doubt, failure to appeal bans properly (we all remember Shiny vs Diplo, that should NEVER have happened!). Failure to allow public staff reporting (this keeps staff accountable) failure to provide evidence (you can censor classified data, I know what you guys see in your chats, just block it out). Failure to have assigned time slots for staff (there should be at least one member of staff on at all times) and failure to come when called on discord.

Now, I can continue listing problems, but it's ultimately pointless. LS-RCR and it's original build, LV-RCR, and it's pre-2012 builds have always been an outlier in the SA-MP staff designs. That wasn't a problem before, because we didn't care before. In the golden age, 2007-2011, server owners were GOD. They made the final choice. They could unban someone because 'lol' or they could ban someone for "fuck off censored". The owner of a server was held to no one and nothing outside the TOS of SA-MP. This was design, to limit shit servers. Owners who fucked shit up and pissed off users almost always had to shut down because running a server costs money (LS-RCR has operating costs of 80 euros a month) and when you piss off your playerbase, they don't donate, and they don't play. Basically, shit owners ran the server into the ground, users left, server closed. Bad servers got shut down. The issue with this formula now, is... where can players go? LS-RCR is the LAST roleplay/CNR server. There are other servers with similar formats, but none are like here. Players ultimately can't leave, because they've nowhere to go. CXdur is a great owner, he's one I support, but... he's not exactly a front runner for standing up and taking charge. He allows a staff "team" to make choices, and ultimately the failure there, is that when the staff isn't making the right choices, the owner needs to man up and either make the call himself, or evaluate his staff and start making firings and hirings.

Now, that said, I do have an opinion on how to fix it. This is not me making demands, or insults, don't get it twisted. This is me, as someone who knows more than you think, making suggestions based on experience.

1: Issue range bans on cafe's with 50+ ban evades, and 5+ original aimbot bans. Now you might be saying "but we'd be banning innocent players" and yes, that is true. However, there is a way out, and for the players, it's the risk they KNEW they took when they played in a cafe with hackers. They KNOW people in their cafe's are hacking, and so they are ultimately in a position of having to deal with the repercussions of not finding a new place to play from. As for the out, issue a rangeban to a cafe, and when someone appeals it (you know they will) make this offer...

The owner makes that much in a day, and will likely pay it to keep their clients happy. Next aimbot ban? Rangeban instantly, and another 50 euro fee. I give them at MOST 5 fines, and they will probably bar the hackers from ever setting foot in the cafe again, allowing only good players in.
2: Expedite the report section. It's gotten better since the last time I whined on this point, but some reports still take 3-7 days, and that's really not acceptable. I work 40+ hours a week, and I check forums daily. I also care for a dying stepdad, and still check forums at LEAST 4 times daily. I have a life, and I can still do it. Now I don't expect that kind of dedication from everyone, but I'm rather tired of the "I have a life too" excuse. If you do NOT like spending the time looking into reports, hackers, and so on... why are you staff? If you hate doing the work so much... retire.
3: Get more staff in game! This one is huge, because we've seen a massive rise in hackers lately, and often the second we call for someone on discord, the guy runs. They are absolutely monitoring the HAN discord channel. You are being spied on by hackers. You need to get people in game to catch them, because once we call on HAN, it's likely they're going to leave and switch to a new IP and allow you to ban the old IP, and then they continue on the new IP.
4: Stop treating old and respected players like garbage. I don't just mean myself here. Ackman, Robin, Playa, Venom, Balsa, Funderburk, Diplo, Mateej, Tomahawk... there are too many cases of regular long time high activity tagged members getting FUCKED by staff over tiny shit because of cafe users. Ackman lost his tag for 'c-bugging' by a player who ADMITTED to report hunting! Robin has said himself he will return if you deal with the cafe hacking issue. Diplo and Mateej spent days banned for something they didn't do because of a rouge admin. Tomahawk came very, VERY close to losing his tag over a rule that ISNT IN THE RULES! We are all people who have supported you in various ways. From our thanks, to our respect, to our loyalty, to our financial assistance, we are the ones who are the 'community'. Now I'm not saying that cafe users who obey the rules and so on cannot be part of the community, but when it comes down to Ackman, myself, and Robin, against [E]pisode, Omarflx100, and Gwyneth123, who is doing more for the server, and keeping it alive? The ones putting in money, time, effort, and playing for years, or the children hacking and ruining the gameplay for everyone?
5: Redo the rules, and do it RIGHT. I've already suggested a full set, ready to go, ready to be implimented. Just copy/paste it. But you won't get anything done soon unless you get the rules in clear black and white for everyone to understand, so you don't have misunderstandings and staff who argue/disagree with what a rule means, or what is/isnt a rule break.

Don't think I'm being mean, or judgmental, or rude. I've been speaking on this in tiny bits for months, since before I even lost my tag. I've been very quite about how I truly feel about the staff team. Staff keep wondering why I'm so angry all the time. They even took my tag because of my 'anger'. You want to know why I'm truly so angry? Well... you've just read it. Everything I said above, and how I feel that I've been failed, hurt, and betrayed, by the staff members who are supposed to be protecting me... that's where the anger comes from. And it's not only for me, it's for all the players who get fucked up the ass with a cactus without lube! That's how playing this server can feel when players are just blatantly hacking and breaking rules and abusing things and staff just doesn't care or do anything. It hurts... and it causes pain... and that pain becomes anger. Because I KNOW the right staff could fix this place, and the right staff format could make this place incredible again. I feel like when a favorite server of mine died back in 2010. Our old owner was an amazing man... but he had college and so he sold the server... new owner fucked shit up. He killed that server in under a year. Firing me as head admin and banning me because I told him he was wrong... he saw a 47% drop in playerbase within a week, never got them back. I don't want to see more loved and respected players leave LS-RCR, because it'll doom the server. If you don't help us, and keep mistreating us while bowing to the demands of cafes and the like... who will donate? If all the tagged donators leave... the cafe isn't going to cover your op-cost. LS-RCR will close. I don't wanna see that again.

Well, someone hacked Okaman. Your English is far better than this, and you're not cruel like this, so clearly either you're so fake it's not even funny, or someone hacked your account.

Still, cafe owners, as Hero_Dark confirmed, make most of their money from SA-MP. Meaning they either pay, or go out of business. They will protect their business by any means. That's how it works.

As far as protection, I mean from aimbots, deathmatchers, hackers, and so on. Unlike you, I have to deal with cafe buttholes who intentionally seek out and annoy me because they are spiteful little pricks. Staff should be banning these evaders, and yet I spend 30+ minutes waiting on staff while being continually harassed by them.

Still, cafe owners, as Hero_Dark confirmed, make most of their money from SA-MP. Meaning they either pay, or go out of business. They will protect their business by any means. That's how it works.

As far as protection, I mean from aimbots, deathmatchers, hackers, and so on. Unlike you, I have to deal with cafe buttholes who intentionally seek out and annoy me because they are spiteful little pricks. Staff should be banning these evaders, and yet I spend 30+ minutes waiting on staff while being continually harassed by them.
