I'd recommend this one as it by far the best suggestion for this case.

Many players usually do the /exith and enter the house once again which is very annoying. There are some kind of scenarios that I'm being stuck in ground which give them an opportunity to shoot.

Bump

We have made some changes to the cooldown on entering and leaving properties and/or businesses. This should combat the issue of players repeatedly entering and leaving interiors to evade death or being caught. If it continues to be an issue, let us know.
