New feature which is restricted to SFC+ tho. This suggestion however can be given to rct/pvt+ As it’s not that op and can be disabled by a BM item.

It might be useful against criminals who use shocks. Maybe it can make it hard for criminals to use shocks because their eyes hurt (if you could code this).

It's a great suggestion, could possibly work well while considering the votes on this topic. However, this cannot happen anytime soon since we've introduced a new feature recently, perhaps in future when circumstances allow it.
