Me to, but when ever it comes to end, the rebuild process never completes. It always give an error on my PC.

It completes by me but then when i join the game it crashes in like 1 minut or it starts respawning the objects.

Respawning of the objects happens when you don't have a memory stream fix in your GTA and if the draw distance isn't set to the highest possible setting. Try using Alci's IMG Editor, even if it fails to rebuild, it always works. My gta3.img is 10.4 GB the last time I checked and never goes over 70 percent while re-building and it still works fine
