99.6% of the time a report on a staff member will be rejected even when valid.
And no I'm not making stuff up, I've been told by an ex admin about stories where admins have been in the wrong but all admins still stand behind it.

It all adds up. The senior admins just believe (in my opinion) that even if an admin did something wrong and it shows clearly on the proof, they'll just believe that it didn't happen because it their friend? Now this is a bit of a childish act by senior admins.

1. What happens if Glen doesn't respond? We have to pretend he's not available or that he just let it slip?
