In my opinion SWAT and Army shouldnt have an agreement with mafia.I know that its a roleplay server but come on,it makes no sense.Mafia can only have agreements with police officers, but no police officer should be forced to co-operate with the mafia.

but always when i chase a pagati member if i cuffed him he say {i need to go to pagati base from the don leave me} but if i drag a suspect they always kill me when i have a hit so if we cant chase pagati they cant kill us.
if they chase us i drag them back

If he is NOT chasing any1 with a hit or who robbed / raped... him you may take him out. Excuses like "I need to see the Don" are just silly.

And what happens if , lets immagine i am alone on bike
Driving on the road my eyes searching for crims,
Suddenly i see reds and yellows at pagatie HQ, i go infront
Of their building and drag them wich are outside , while killing them inside.
Do i get kicked out of swat then?

If the suspect is on their ground, from the gate, you have to leave the suspect.
After the updates and changes and ... I'll think about the aggreement
