Dya use a drawing tablet??
Also just a tip, take a screenshot from ingame, and photoshop in your graffiti on the screenshot so it looks legit :D

I'm not sure what you mean, but you surely can mod the graffiti around SA...
You know those Ballas/Grove/etc graffitis in singleplayer? You can MOD those..
