Also just a tip, take a screenshot from ingame, and photoshop in your graffiti on the screenshot so it looks legit

I'm not sure what you mean, but you surely can mod the graffiti around SA...
You know those Ballas/Grove/etc graffitis in singleplayer? You can MOD those..
