can someone here tell me that is drone so much advanced technology that it is able to kill only the terrorist person???NO.

shut the fuck up, have you ever heard of human shield? it's the civilians problems that they are found in area of terrorists and well they pay the price for it.
two ways:
go against your local terrorist org -> get shot -> die as a martyr
keep living in a area where terrorists are taking place -> get bombarded -> die as martyr
