You can't run away forever from him,you need to stand up to him.
Look,I know fighting ain't always the answer but in some cases its a good method to get rid of bullies.

I am a bit experienced in fighting (im training Combat Kung Fu Freestyle since 2 years.And a lot of street fights since i went to elementary school lol.) so if you want i can PM you some simple techniques and tips that would be very useful if it comes to a fight (but don't abuse them).
Also you could join a Martial Arts school to improve your skill.Going to the GYM 3-4 days a week helps also a lot.
Stand up to the bully,believe me,even if you lose he won't bully you anymore because no one expects to get punched in the face.
