This means that politicians running a country should not be allowed to enforce anything written in religious texts.

If this were the case, there would not be enforcement against murder, theft, perjury, etc.

If you need religion to have morals then you're simply a person without a conscience.
We can enforce laws against crime without the need of religion,why?Simple."Human rights".
You steal,you violate the rights of an other human being.You kill,you violate the rights of a human being..etc..

What you did is called provoking. This is a discussion topic and everyone who posts here should be ready to enter a discussion if he posts here. You can't just come in, say "religion sucks" and then expect everyone not to argue with you. If you're not willing to enter a discussion or back up your post with arguments and constructive criticism then get out of this forum.

You're welcome. The thing I was trying to say is don't expect other people to take your post seriously if you're not backing it up with arguments. Just saying "it sucks" without any explanation or arguments appears as an insult to all religion people.
