Few points that I noticed:
1. Bigger screen
2. Better camera
3. Apps are much better in my opinion (teamspeak/games/youtube/etc)
4. Also faster than iOS

But yeah dude, it's your decision what you want.
A phone is a phone, just take a phone that looks good.

It has excellent features and great image resolution. However, If you wish to stick to the iPhone 4s, then do it.
