Just read what Onzie said, people.

There is no possibility to give it to another player as donated house. YOU have to read what Onzie said. You can get a house only as donated one if you pay DPs to Energ, buying it with DPs from another player is only another currency, so it will be undonated. It doesnt matter if the player (who wants to buy your house) has houses or not. You simply cannot give you house away with the status "donated".
