Your rank is respectively called "rookie" not rokie.
About the suggestion - no, weapons and drugs are going to be kept on the payroll for a while, to prevent players who only want free things from joining the Saints. We'll probably add an ATM to the base, so when you're out of money, you can withdraw some.
