Couldn't find anything else which could be useful, just found the same things that we have posted.

Anyway, I would like you to un-install the game fully even all the mods and delete samp files + document files/folder. Then install the game in D:\\ or E:\\ (not on desktop, desktop = C:\\) and place the crack (if needed) + install asi loaders + stream memory fixes. Then check if it works.

I have a graphic problem in the pc not he game also does the link u gave have to do with the graphic? also i need the links of the programs u gave

I already have asi loaders but what do they do tho?

asi loaders will help in loading .asi files especially stream memory fixes which requires asi loaders.

i downloaded stream memory fixes and putted it inside gta folder and still it doesnt work ;(

Anyway, I searched almost everywhere but couldn't find any solution for you. You might need to ask for an external help, by means, ask for help in The bar or PM some other guys whom you know could help you with this problem.
