S.W.A.T team is allowed to participate as always.
Others may join in as a cop. As the ceremony takes place within the borders of the Army zone, civilians would simply end up getting wanted and as a result, shot afterwards.

The Ceremony was great. Congratulations to all promoted Army members.

Don't know, thought I'd make a separate topic for such event. Anyhow, here are a few pics from the ceremony last night;

Ceremony was perfect & Generals' speech was awesome to be honest. Not to forget about what a great line Army members made. Yeah, making a line might not have that much of value but it is one of the hardest part of the ceremony. People usually don't listen well but tonight was awesome ^^

At the end, I'd like to congratulate all of members who got promoted to a new rank. Well deserved guys!
