Format the disk in which your GTA SA is installed and delete gta sa user files and then restart your computer once.. then try reinstalling

Change gta san andreas file name

like this Gta san andreas1 etc.... or any number u wish

Problem solved.

Fix: Format the hard disk and change it to Windows 10. We had ups and downs during the installation, but it worked well in the end.
