Why you people have so much hate or what ever is ? There is some people who lost interest to play and get back after few months and play constantly again,I don't see reasons to kick someone for that....I mean why we need to be so politicians and act like that...If someone become Army officer it should stay forever no matter is he active or not...I don't see the point...Is inactive player brake some rules f he not play,is he insulting someone....IDK but for me that's not good idea....Look fir example that Army have like 15 officers and 14 of them are inactive for some time,so they got be kicked and Army disappear just like that....That's something what I want to say.....I think we should make our team biggest not force players to leave or kicking them except they rule braking......If someone is army officer and don't want to be anymore he can leave team when he want but after that I will give players like that just one more chance to be in our team again not more....Not like this one month army second swat third army....
Don't someone understand me in wrong way......I want to say answering to inactivity check is not so bad and not so hard, also we have in-activity topic where we can report us if wanna be inactive.....that's all fine, but kicking someone because he is not active and you knowing what that player need to do to become that what is,I think that can bring some player lost for interest to ever again apply for our team!
Regards ;)
I'm happy to see someone clearly shares my point of view :)
Than explain this to me,
Why are we having inactivity checks.
Also, why do we have 3 months, the maximum amount of inactivity time ?

*All the fuckin typos were corrected D:*

A while ago we had a poll about this and majority of army members agreed that we should have them. Other AHC members, including Whiskey, also agreed on the matter of holding inactivity checks every month/every 2 months. They are majority and we're in a democratic system where members vote to have things changed.

So AHC wants us to respond to inactivity checks, But it doesn't matter if you respond or not since you got 3 months to reply to one?

Aight lemme bump this topic with some replies

@PoliceOfficer,
.we wanna to have some good Army officers but accepting them and after some time kicking don't sounds so good....
We wanna have some Good army officers but accepting them and just leaving us without a notification that simply takes you a few minutes via PC/Mobile for 2/3 months doesn't sound so good...

Be aware that special reasons can be told to AHC and they will understand your situation and give you the time you need, All what are we asking you is to fill the inactivity check every month/play from time to time (not ages to ages) or simply post an inactivity status and you are free.

You lost interest because you got kicked? You are the one who totally forgot about Army that you don't have 2 minutes in 2 months to log in forums and post an inactivity notification, You can even miss the inactivity check once!

If you care about army members numbers
Look fir example that Army have like 15 officers and 14 of them are inactive for some time,so they got be kicked and Army disappear just like that..

Sorry but if they are inactive for +2 months without giving any consideration for army then i wanna stay with the 1 active officer.

I don't see PoliceOfficer nor JohnCarer's point.

I see both Johncarer's and Faraon's points, but I believe too much lenience isn't good at all for the army. 3 time warnings are way too much...fails to respond to a check - warning. Fails again - kick. That's fair strictness.

My point of view is to remove in-activity checks.....Why we need that,I don't understand ? This is not like real life dutys so we need to do something or we gonna kicked from job or something like that.....I am talking with my own expirience, how much I need to train,to take time and be patient to become army member and I think once you get it and become something it should stay forever. Also I think like this : "If they are kicking me,then probably they don't want me".
Let we start thinking logic. Why? For example: You finished some school,no matter wich one,and after that you get certifikate about graduating that school,so nobody can't take you certifikate and say you have no school, because you graduate that scool, and it take your time, your expirience or whatever else, but you train hard, learn to become something, then YOU NEED TO STAY THAT FOREVER. Understand it now ?

Here is a living proof of my argument: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=60031
Everyone would think he'd never return, yet I always know that oldies and seniors always return, but simply cannot dedicate as much time as they used to when they were children. Below's a statement of a respected Ex-General, who with much more experience, sees things through a different angle.
This game has hit a point where its been out for far too many years and many people do not hold the same sentiment they once had towards it. If I go inactive for a period of time, I shouldn't have to keep checking in. When I come back, I should be able to still play like I once did. Problem with most people is that they think this game is so serious that one must be either 100 percent committed or they are not committed enough.
