+1 I literally suggested this because I didn't know this topic existed. Only thing is the furniture and shit should be with in game cash instead of DP since really what does anyone use In game cash for anything other than guns, drugs and a few other things that don't last

+1, This is just amazing idea.

+1 with this you can decorate your house, make it look unique and stuff. The worth of houses would skyrocket.

+7 I love this idea, it's a well thought out and and interesting idea that will no doubt benefit the server both by adding more things to do and will give others more of an incentive to donate more to the server.
