Yuh. i think it's a great idea, but the skimmer drivers have to buy ther own skimmer airplane, if you realy wanna be a skimmer driver and you like to "save people lifes" then i approve this idea as loong you dont complain about it!, for example: "Skimmer is 250k its hard to buy". and from now i'll tell you this idea is approved, if you make me regret my approvement, punishment will be waiting for you.
