Both IP's point to the same location in the world, no difference. Now the thing that I checked that made me CERTAIN it was you is both accounts are linked to a yahoo.com email. In which i can see both accounts are linked to the same phone number... No point in lying now. If you had been honest in the first place, you may have had a second chance.

I know, I made a mistake borrowing a phone number since I don't have one. The player that own the phone number was Brutavious, and I guess he was also local_disk since I didn't give him some stuffs in-game. I mean, why would I give such banned player a stuffs.

Abusing cuffs, nigga I never abused cuffs. What he meant, or I thought he meant was that I /cuffed him instead of fighting him. I only cuff for the following reasons, 1. arrest someone, 2. search someone or 3, leave a hostile player cuffed while I escape. That is what I have done, if he meant that I cuff abused him, just left him cuffed etc... for no reason then he had a LONG time to take screens. taking screens of cuff abusers is the easiest FUCKING thing... because it doesnt happen in a blink of an eye, it takes a long time. so btfo
