I only cuff for the following reasons, 1. arrest someone, 2. search someone or 3, leave a hostile player cuffed while I escape. That is what I have done, if he meant that I cuff abused him, just left him cuffed etc... for no reason then he had a LONG time to take screens. taking screens of cuff abusers is the easiest FUCKING thing... because it doesnt happen in a blink of an eye, it takes a long time. so btfo
