There is no rule nor recommendation about what cops should do.Army prefer killing and SWAT prefer /drag and arresting.But cops are neutral so I don't see your point to vote negative based on this thing which is obvioulsy not correct nor it has to be followed.
This thing will help Army faction a lot.If you are not an Army member and see this as useless for your or your team,then rather don't vote.I would be thankful !

Cops are supposed to arrest whenever possible, -1. Is my reason more clear now?

Hmm nope....we had a one recruiter in army...so you know he pass the test and voting started going on.I voted on his application that his leo activity is very low but he had some criminal scores....What's the thing? The applicant was a little bit anoyed and said to us that he is in cop skin too,but thing is he don't use /taze nor /cuff and /ar command.I was feel a bad at that point because the applicant recive a wrong judgement.But all this wouldn't happend if he had a status of killer suspects in cop skin.For example he had 1000 robberies but on other side he kill 2000 suspects,but that isn't writed anywhere nor it's counted in leo activity status.I thing I explained the point of suggestion now.Thank you.

Still ain't working xd...It's their choice...And it's not rule nor recommendation what they need to do more like it's case in swat or army

Neutral vote from me, cops should arrest the suspect instead of killing.

I don't like the idea of cops killing criminals but I'd see how it'd be useful if you're signing up for army since they encourage you to kill rather then arrest. but for any other faction I don't see how it'd be needed. Anyways ill give it a +1 since it'd be great for army applications.

+1 People dont focus on what the suggestion is really about,they rather start posting opinions on other things.It doesnt matter whether cops should arrest or kill.The point here is whether having stats about their kills would be of any help?YES it would be FOR applying in Army.
