Use the in-game /pm function to directly answer a player's question. If the chat clears too quick, just send it again.

Mainchat, lsrcr message, same thing, it's not that needed. Or, you can use /pmg.

But on the other side, apart from useless, sure then. Neutral.

Kinda pointless really, if you want to help a player with a question you can easily /pm him or just answer it on mainchat as well. If the player wants to have his question answered, he will read one of them.

I would suggest a radio only for tagged members and it was what I thought after reading the subject. Like /tgm or something similar.
