If he doesn't come back within 30 mins, then it's not a big deal, if he comes within 2 mins, it clearly is an abuse of /q command.

Such us going to school, helping your parents? That usually takes more than 30 minutes.
Also, if you are fair enough, if you really had to go for 30 seconds, wait another 29 mins and 30 seconds.

Nowadays,we have the auto jail evade system improved and if a wanted player leaves the server,find another suspect. Admins cannot force anyone to stay or leave the server just because he is wanted.
