You would rob the whole world like crazy, whilst because of huge success of atmrob, you'll never really get arrested as you can just in a sec rob it and run away unlike stores where you need to get in and spend lot of time robbing. robbers, especially con artists, would have lots of money easily. +1/-1. We could definetely bring it back, but at least lower the success rate just for a bit.
