its annoying when you are upto something and suddenly a noob comes and /dkidnaps you.
Maybe you have a few minutes to play and cause of that noob you lost your valuable game playing time.

Realism doesn't matyer in a CNR server, it can be nerft to a tieng and then kidnap system but then the ties would be abused.

I think it's good how it is.

You seem to forget that this server is a bit roleplayish. Realism does matter.
