So good suggestion but i think i have one better, If the suspect has been left the server while S. W. A.T. Team dragging him, S. W. A. T. Team receive money + score as they arrested him.
And if they just went A. F. K = Increase their jail time.

Might make it easier if a suspect who had been dragged will get jailed when the dragging player enters the checkpoint / the driver of the car marked with a suspect inside or some form of tracking, then the only problem would be sending an afk player to jail and make him disappear from the car. I don't code samp or anything of the likes but this is only a suggestion which honestly, might not even be possible.

Both of these are possible, but it's up to the developers on how they wish to go about this, I'm not the one making the system (When it gets made that is)

From the next server update, suspects that escape abuse will be automatically jailed and kicked from the server.
