Maybe a general message saying "Check our Groups section on our forum to know more about various official and unofficial groups." ?

Donate $X monthly to have your group advertised in-game, why not?

Another idea that might help the server.
Have a drink, get buzzed, chill and enjoy.

I don't like the idea. Factions should have something more then the official groups, and one of them is the advertising.
The command /news is fine.
