How can you tell me 5 Supporters playing in the server since maybe 2015 or before 2015 don't know something about the server ? and my Q wasn't that hard i was asking about megajumping in leo skin i thought old players like them would answer me but no one gave a fuck .

Supporters are players, they may be playing lol...

i guess they are supporters to help people even if they are playing , if they will prefer to play then what are they doing with the supporter rights ?

From your words it makes sense that supporters are given some rights/advantages over the other players. Only the thing is a /adr command and in game rights. We must not answer to questions which we aren't 100 % sure....As the server is currently of Report hunters we'd get reported for every actions that we take. The player who /asked even would report us if the answer provided isn't correct. And Supporters are also players who come in server to play, they might be busy with army/swat or any skin.. I'm even afraid to /adr a player while using Army tank/helis as we accidentally touch the shoot button it'll damage the player nearby and he'll surely report for which we'll get a temp ban/ warning. So before blaming us... Think from our side too...

Well if i will think from your side then , i wouldn't apply to be a supporter if am not 100 % sure that i will fit in this position as i got responsibility to unless tell who used /ask that i don't know or give me some time to answer you , but don't just ignore my Q like you didn't see it , if there is 5 supporters didn't reply on the same Q then they ignored the Q or maybe i asked about another server , now you think from my side aight ? i joined 253 days ago and my ingame activity is 1078 h , so for sure i don't know everything about the server , yea i know alot but i don't know everything now i use /ask to get answer from people should know everything about the server , if they don't know the answer " All of them " then why am not supporter ? if they wouldn't know some Q like this then i can be supporter , i know like 98 % of the server , supporters should know unless 99.99 % about the server , if you don't agree with me then i would ask any admin to give me supporter rights , am active and i know almost everything about the server , and for sure i will not ignore any Q even i don't know the answer i will tell him to wait untill i make sure of the answer or i will tell him that am busy like you said in army/ sway skin so he wait just 10 min untill i finish what am doing but don't just ignore the Q , when that happen with me that 5 supporters didn't reply i felt that my game crashed or something , how can be 5 supporters of old old players don't know something like that? , in my opinion the difference between me and the supporters is that they know things i wouldn't know it unless i had more time in the server like them .

Then why they got their rights ? admins say that when they accept a player as supporter

1- "Please only use this if you are sure your answer is correct".

2- "Please note if the staff feel that you are not fit for the position you will be removed without question."

Then staff should take the supporter rights from the people who "doesn't deserve that position, and They won't do their job properly"

i guess a staff can do something and it's

1- Admin join the server with UC account
2- Admin use /ask and before he use /ask make sure that the player not AFK and staff can do that with the spector command what ever it is " /spector id " for example
3- Admin wait the answer and for sure he should ask a ez Q that anyone know it .
4-if the supporter replied " even after 15 min " then it will be fine unless he got a answer anyway
5- if the supporter didn't reply then the admin will join the day after it and do the same steps and see if the same supporter will not reply if he didn't reply again , then rights will be taken immediately .

I think the Staff members need to keep an eye on the Supporters and kick some (if they answer questions wrong and such). Also, we barely get 5-6 questions a day lol

It was added with a plan but somehow that plan didn't go well. Supporter thing is not gonna work on Lsrcr.

OT: A newbie today asked me lots of questions for the community. I answered them and told him that you can use /ask for more questions. What he said was that i always get ignored and no one answers me in /ask. It has happened on me as well for the supporters not to answer. For my opinion, there is no need for less then 10 active experienced supporters. Today i was thinking about this thing and i see that lots of tagged guys with a really bad English knowledge has this rank. It has also happened lots of times that their answer was wrong, or them PMing a guy which has /pmoff.
I agree with the supporter thingy, but i don't agree with the applications. For my opinion, a supporter should be a community regular player with lots of experience and activity which can be chosen by any senior administrator/assistant senior administrator. And i still don't understand why tag is needed for the supporter. The tag wont get you more trusted (EX: Marvelo). But, this is how things work and we should be patient for it
OR, the supporter could be something before getting community moderator. It can be something which is very hard to get, and maybe getting some more fame like forum tag etc.

It would be a shame if we just criticize the whole system out of nowhere. The supporters have helped many newbies find their starting points. Players usually get answered if they are seen struggling in the main chat. Sometimes it would be required to approach the player himself, and I'm glad I can say that I've seen many do so, I appreciate every each of them.
If you think about the facts, players initiate on the players instead of bothering the admins, this way the players will help newbies while admins can deal with reports and such in a quicker tempo. Yes, it is correct that every experienced player should have access to the supporter commands and I cannot disagree with that. There is a reason why we have an application system in which the players talk about themselves and why they should become a supporter and everything.
I don't see why players keep trash talking the system. This has been mentioned a ton of times I'll say it again; the supporters are nothing staff related meaning they are normal players who just have access to a command to improve their flexibility whilst assisting other players. Admins deal with the whole pie while the players take on the crumbs (https://goo.gl/aKzaIJ). Lastly I would like to note that this is not being stated to just defend myself as a current supporter, I appreciate the system and see no downs in it. Nevertheless this doesn't mean I wouldn't like to see some new suggestions.

Why we need so much supporters for god sake. We nearly have 54 supporters and its useless, think about it if half of them going to answer in the same time for someone who going to ask them something they will just spawn his chat with answers, and in my view the supporter thing is so useless we don't need it. What you guys think about the supporters?

How would you know if it's needed or not? lol...We're the ones dealing with a bunch of reports and on top of that before supporters were added we had to answer questions such as "how to rob the bank". The whole supporters system made things easier for everyone
