Remove or edit your 4th suggestion accordingly, everyone should be able to contact an administrator.

I don't think you have considered the pros and cons of each suggestion here, the way I see it they have more negative sides than positive so I don't think this is going to happen. As for the car preview, this is more work than you could imagine and you can easily google the car model.
