Suggestion: Add Remote car lock.

This is a nice suggestion and I do like it but it really isn't needed since people cannot drive your personal vehicles unless you have given them the key, now you can argue the point that hackers can find ways to drive it but at the same time if they already can drive it without a "key" then they can find a way around the door lock too, so as stated above it is not totally useless but it really isn't needed, though I will leave it up to the scriptures to see if that's something they want to put the time and effort into making this suggestion applicable.

What vehicle would you lock? If its your own vehicle, no one else would be able to enter it and you wouldn't want to lock public vehicles as it can be abused. There is already a system which prevents players from entering a vehicle and even from carjacking, i don't think there is a need for this.
