Loan system in samp should work on basics of the wealth the user possess if the user has something valuable like a house only then the player must be able to take a loan which is lower than the value of the house and at the period of loan the user should have no rights to sell the house

Question I'd ask is - what would the money be used on? Most things for a long time have long lost value in terms of money, so this would really (from my perspective at least) be a thing that's a "cool addition" from a dev point of view but not really a needed/impactful suggestion

Basically this.
As applying consequences is rather hard as well in a game (instead of IRL), it could really de-value money.
