Hey,if you Jailbreak it, the warranty can no longer be used.
In iPhone if you drop in floor the iPhone screen cracks.If you Jailbreak it the warranty can no longer be used.

What if the screen is cracked and the phone's display is damaged? You can't do it at that moment.

It is quite easy to do it without the screen, I have had several jailbroken devices and the process of both applying and removing a jailbreak is quite easy.
Besides, it is just another attempt to bash Apple and their products about cracked screens. I have dropped my iPhones multiply times and never got a cracked screen, even a 3.5 meter high drop onto stone did nearly no damage (not even kidding).
