Which would fall under the category of:

bug fixes

Balancing gameplay

Assisting or aiding beginners

Adding more fun things to do thus prolonging interest and gameplay


Event ideas/methods


Adding diverse radio stations


These are more urgent then a house or allowing easier methods of selling dp for in game cash

Your suggestion is the least urgent when it comes to urgency but it's not urgent since it does not need immediate action or attention. Plus you're selling things that are givin away at events and can be donated for which would make it hard to corner the market on said item since lsrcr is flooded with dp.
