You weren't, you were rewarded for having one of the highests activity among other members on average in 6 months, however, high activity does not necessarily mean definite SMOTM, there are many other factors which form a final decision.

Okay people seriously, we are going off topic here. Lets just stay on the point where we talk about how the smotm needs to be only voted upon by the swat staff.

Uhm i might sound rude but diplo won the smotm clearly because of his friends in my opinion. I am going with a +1 that it should be restricted to staff and staff only. Or warrant officers might be included in it. Sounds fair

Hey, hey, that's out of the point. The suggestion wasn't allowing voting for SMOTM from a higher rank, but it was to change the whole concept of voting. Making SMOTM voting form SPC or CPL won't make any difference as this wasn't the main point of the suggestion in the first place.

I really agree with this one. It's pretty clear that many players vote to their friends without even considering others activity and dedication, especially the Egyptians I'm sorry if it offends you but I have to state my opinion. And the non deserving ones are getting a double promotion without doing anything. This should be really changed. Either Remove Double Promotion from SMOTM or let the staff & WOs decide who is deserving to get a double promotion.

I fully agree with this as it's gonna be much more legit than it is now. There have been and still are lot of complaints regarding rigged votes which is true at some point, and don't start denying it as it is 100% true.

Plus Staff team is really active nowadays and constantly observing members will result in a fair decision.

Stop assuming please. You can ask the SWAT staff how many days I've played in the SWAT skin in the previous month (Or since I joined back till now). I don't deny that Egyptians are sometimes voting for each others but don't mention my name especially. You can see the other players' comments, they were saying the Egyptians generally. But that way of mentioning my name is too disrespectful.

I totally agree with this.
I think the commanders can view the player's skin hours.So they may choose SMOTM by that.
