That's a kind of complicated. Since we're experienced with it, we don't find it as a complicated one, but for people who joined recently may suffer.
So, "@" is known by everyone and is pretty simple.

Simple reason.

Its a great suggestion, I think this could be useful.

You can quote them, if you do they will get a notification. Suggestion might be implemented in the future but Kissane has no time nowadays.
