Your skills are good enough to join us but the problem is that most of our members aren't okay with you. You have to clear the doubts about yourself from their mind in-order to get their positives. For them you are a new player and an unknown person.
Improve your relation with our members and then apply.

You can re-apply when you think that now majority of our members know you and have good relation with you.
