Yop, most of the recommendations are from Turbo (12/22 in my list). I'm not saying that all SWAT/Army members are spamming. Most of the useless recommendations are from a small group of people (4-5 guys) but the give a bad example to other members... Some people don't even know that they must put a reason to their recommendation. Until the biggest spammers get a punishment every SWAT/Army member will complain about spamming.

You just need to follow these 3 things and you will recommend on the right way.
-Recommend some1 rarely and give your recommendation to people who really deserve it
-Always put a reason so other people know why you recommended the applicant
-Recommend someone only for big, real reasons
(explanation: You shouldn't disrecommend some1 for "inactive" or "bad status". You should disrecommend only big DM-er, vote askers, guys with very bad attitude and similar. On the other side you should recommend some1 for reasons like "very skilled", "very good attitude" etc. So don't recommend some1 just because he "has a good status".)

This isn't just for you Imax (you are following these things)... This is for every SWAT/Army member that still doesn't know the meaning of recommendations and when to recommend.
