please don't use " 've " when it's not preceding a past participle. Rather use "have" in such situations. This way it's very unpleasant to read.

I've got nothing against Linux, I prefer Windows as it does everything I need it to out of the box without having to tweak the OS at all.

But hey, I'd be able to use Linux if it came to that
