I personally wouldn't trust regular players with the amount of power they will receive. It has never been an issue and if someone is constantly bitching and disrupting your test you can file a report. It is totally unnecessary, tests have been taken in the main world for years, never been a major issue honestly. Besides, Rally posted some valid points as well.

I agree with Immortal and Rally. Not only sometimes trusting non-staff members with such might be hard or even an issue if abused (which we will have to deal with later on), but you also don't want to be shooting and especially driving under ideal conditions. In real world you will have players driving recklessly, random cars left in the middle of the road, explosions, all that making your driving harder, but yet are part of the game.

Being able to overcome those obstacles is a skill too and definitely part of being a good driver. If someone is purposelly trying to mess with your test you can always report them, it has always been like that. I understand it can be a hassle at times, but I think it's better this way for the reasons mentioned above.

EDIT: Locking it due to lack of further interest. We personally believe things are fine the way they are now. If someone is messing with your test please do contact a staff member immediately.
