The reason why there are far fewer active players is because the game is simply outdated and not much can be done to fix that. There are other games that offer a much more immersive experience and have similar mechanics to Lsrcr that simply work better. The community has moved on.

For example, San Andreas does not have an effective cover system which is an integral part of gameplay in modern open world games. This can lead to combat feeling quite clunky. There are many examples of why the game simply is no longer a good game.

You have the option to block users, disable users from servers sending you messages, etc. There are more than a couple ways to prevent this from happening on Discord.
