Oh so you think a range ban would relive the interesting game play you had? You have to understand that there are lots of cool games currently and this is an old game. And about the aimbotters who you said that affects your gameplay, are you that tired to report and record a video of a guy who you are accusing?

Bans won't bring back any experience, its 2021, users have moved on to other games which are far more interesting and some bans won't make them interested in samp again.

Targeting specific cafe IPs would be a viable option if we take this suggestion for what it is really intended for instead of dragging entire PH population into this.
If a cafe has been involved in multiple cheating situations, letting their IP remain unbanned is really bad for server's quality, it would be totally justified to range ban those 'specific cafes'.

I used to play in a cafe when I was playing LSRCR and as a normal cafe player you dont have the right to restart or reboot their router. Even if you wish to reboot it they wont do it just for the sake of the game you are playing. There are lots of players who play different games in a single cafe, no owner would give a single fuck about your game.
And I dont think administrators would be that lazy to ban a player repeatedly, its their job and duty. Well yeah we got lots of important things to do in real life, but its still part of their duties in the server anyways.

It's better to permanently suspend LSRCR's service to such cafes. If this is implemented, I guarantee the number of aimbotters and keybinders would decrease.

Make a choice a then...

A) Report the cheaters and keep your cafe open
B) Hide your cheaters because you're scared of some other kids and also be banned for admitting to knowingly hiding cheaters

A) Report the cheaters and keep your cafe open
B) Hide your cheaters because you're scared of some other kids and also be banned for admitting to knowingly hiding cheaters

I'd choose Letter C. None of the above why should i report those evaders, when they aren't even playing on my cafe?

Donations are the reason this server is alive. https://ls-rcr.com/donate, go here, you will see the reason why this server is alive. As long as the server gets enough donations, it will run. PH contributes to the playerbase, contributes in degrading the quality of the playerbase. People know that there is a cheater in their cafe, yet they let him play and then when he gets banned, they make an unban application saying that "we didn't know blabla", which is totally bs.
And I didn't suggest to instant ban your cafes? I have suggested to ban only if we find many cheaters from a single cafe, now why are you all so scared? Because some of you won't be able to make alternative accounts to cheat? If one cheater from your cafe is found, just don't let him play, as simple as that. What is such a big deal in this? You all are acting like you all will be banned within a day, which I think is true if this gets implemented.

We're just scared to people who owns the cafe, IP ban = No customers

I know how a cafe works, we all know what happens inside a cafe. Stop being ignorant and denying the fact that you all assist cheaters. I can prove that you are account sharing just by looking at your English above and your english here; Just like your aiming skills, your English took a massive jump and drastically improved within days. You guys have so much talent, can master god aim and good English within days.
Even for a second if I believe you, I still don't care if we get no players from a cafe where people make alternative accounts just to use cheats / DM / ask for rights.
I will say it again, I would rather play with 10 players where none of them is abusing their 'cafe' and using cheats / annoying instead of playing with 20 players where most of the people are undercover and only there to cause trouble.
Also, I would like to know the names of the people who were banned for aimbot but were not using aimbot please. You seem to know many such players, so please enlighten me.
