In case anyone was wondering (since there was no productive answer) people say that Islam is the only true faith because we believe that the Christians and Jews have lost their way, we do believe that they're both holy religions that were once identical to Islam, we believe in their books, we believe in Jesus and Moses, but due to the fact that they associate Jesus with God and being the son of God and whatnot, we consider them as mushrikeen (polytheists). This is true for Christians, not 100% sure about Jews. Of course, we respect them and treat them the same as Muslims.
