Past years, i have received few punishments for speaking out the truth but honestly vato is unbanned and they were cleaming vato did advertise for the same reason. Honestly, you havent done anything wrong, what you did was sit quietly, i see this as staff being unfair

Basically, this is getting really frustrating.. I was on facebook and chilling while I heard swag talking to some admins on teamspeak next to me, and then he suddenly closes teamspeak and says that we are banned. I asked why, and he said that Kissane is claiming that we were playing on another server called BCNR that is copying Lsrcr forum, therefor we are banned because we didnt report the owner. First of all, if I see a server copying Ls-rcr, even though im a tagged member its not really my problem. Im maybe playing random servers from time to time, and if I see a server copying lsrcr with a thing or two, or a forum or anything.. Of course, I get upset and might report it.

if this was his defense and he gets un-banned, you clearly should because "you are banned for not reporting the action" (quote from vato again)

There is nothing to say, if they are unbanning players for the same reason but not you that is called favoring one player and being unfair.

I suggest you make another ban apply.
